Which College Majors Score the Highest on the LSAT?

I came across a post today by Pepperdine Law Professor Derek Muller in which he charted the median LSAT of different college majors. The results were surprising and not surprising at the same time.

Those majors that scored the highest were from traditional humanities majors which is not too surprising since law school attracts students from humanities backgrounds. However, what is surprising is that those students who were in Criminal Justice, Social Work, and Pre-Law programs scored the lowest.

I could hypothesize, but, I do not have any direct evidence to answer why some majors performed better than others; however, you should read Prof. Muller's post for more details about how he conducted the study. It is very interesting!
